The paddle with the widest range of adjustment (160-220 cm)!The paddle should be adjusted to around 15-20 cm higher than your head:E.g.: a person who is 1.90 m tall adjusts to approximately 2.10 mE.g.: for a person 1.50 m tall, adjusts to approximately 1.70 mTo adjust the paddle, open the latch, pull the handle to the desired length, then close the latch.If the size is not sufficient, use the lower setting.If it is not fastened tightly enough, open the latch and tighten the metal screw.

How to maintain your paddle
