Sun protection and new interior finish
UPF 50+ component: blocks at least 98% of UVB rays and 95% of UVA.We have updated the "ENDUCTION" interior coating. It is now clear for optimal protection and comes in all colours.This new coating also makes it possible to use less energy during the production phase.
Behaviour when in the sun
While this beach parasol provides protection from direct sunlight, other factors such as reflections from water or sand, heat, and time of day should also be considered.The use of this shelter does not exempt the user from following the relevant advice: wear sunglasses, a hat or cap, a UV-protective top (see our range of UV-protection clothing), regularly apply suitable sun cream, stay hydrated, etc.
Resistance to wind
The PARUV Ø190 parasol withstands winds up to 20 km/h.For better and more secure anchoring in the sand, we highly recommend using a suitable screw-in base, which can be purchased separately on our website or in store.
