How to change an inner tube:

Before you begin, watch our explanatory video.Lightly inflate the inner tube, insert the valve into the valve hole, place the inner tube correctly in the tyre, then into the rim without pinching it.

Fitting a tyre:

First place the tyre on the valve side, then finish on the opposite side.Avoid using a tyre lever:this greatly increases the risk of punctures.

Inflating a tyre:

Inflate your tyre slowly, following the pressure indicated on the sidewall (in PSI or bars).Check that it is correctly positioned throughout the inflation process.

Choosing an inner tube:
