The 900 bench has been designed to have 7 different backrest angles so that you can work different muscle groups. The inclined position targets the upper pecs, while the declined position focuses on the lower pecs. Once you've set your bench up, it won't move at all. Unless you need to move it, that is.

How to install your 900 weights bench

The 900 bench is delivered in parts and takes about 15 minutes to assemble.
