Take the suction cup and locking strap out of the package. Clean the bottom surface of the suction cup and place the suction cup on a smooth surface. Press the middle of the suction cup to make it firmly fit the smooth surface. Press the handle to the end without the metal buckle. Lock the carabiner of the locking strap on the metal buckle of the suction cup, and connect the other end to the quick interface of PUMP. When using, please check whether the suction cup is loose every 30 minutes. Notice! ! Stop exercising immediately if you feel dizzy or unusual pain in joints or other body parts while you are exercising.
