ELF 16HR Camo Concealer ( Light Sand )
What it is: A crease-resistant liquid concealer that provides a matte finish and full coverage for up to 16 hours.
How to apply 16HR Camo Concealer:
- Prep the under-eye area with the Holy Hydration! Eye Cream followed by the Poreless Putty Primer on top.
- Use the doe foot applicator to apply concealer to desired areas.
- Blend concealer using the Flawless Concealer Brush by stippling areas that need heavier coverage and buffing out the remainder.
- Fingers or a sponge can be used as an alternative to blend the concealer.
