Directions Of Use
SHAKES AND SMOOTHIES:
- For a quick and easy protein shake, add ¼ cup Whey Protein Powder, a glass of juice or milk. Mix and enjoy.
To make a delicious smoothie, blend ¼ cup Whey Protein Powder with 1 cup of fresh or frozen fruit, ½ cup milk or water, sweetener if desired, and a handful of ice (about ½ cup). Makes about 2 cups. MIX IT UP!
These are a few of our favorite shakes and smoothies: just combine all the ingredients in a blender. Fruit can be fresh or frozen!
Doctor's Orders: ¼ cup Whey Protein Powder, ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, ½ cup pomegranate juice, 1 cup blueberries, 2 Tbsp flaxseed meal.
Green Machine: ¼ cup Whey Protein Powder, 2 Tbsp oat, 1 cup packed spinach, ½ avocado, 1 cup chopped apple, 1 cup apple juice.
PB&J Smoothie: ¼ cup Whey Protein Powder, 1 Tbsp peanut butter, 1 banana, 1 tsp honey, 1 cup milk, handful of ice.
Tropical Breeze: ¼ cup Whey Protein Powder, 1 banana, ¼ cup frozen mango chunks, ½ cup coconut milk, ¾ cup pineapple juice, 1 tsp chia seeds.
