The stainless steel shovel makes an alternating rotary movement to quickly and effortlessly obtain the desired consistency and the preferred type of puree. The vegetable puree obtained with the vegetable mill is more digestible, because it has no air inside. For this reason it is ideal for baby food: the slow processing does not allow the mixture to incorporate air bubbles and for this reason it is also ideal for preparing rice purées or creams. The electric vegetable mill is in fact the only appliance capable of separating the pulp of vegetables from the peel and waste, while food processors and blenders cannot separate the grinding waste from the pulp equally well.
