Power and performance
A lightweight and efficient Class-D amplifier powers the QSC CP8. Using a passive cooling design, it generates a combined 1,000W peak output for clean and reliable sound. With an 8" woofer, the CP8 powered speaker provides exceptional bass for its size. The 1.4" compression driver ensures crisp, accurate high end. The CP8’s design provides a wide 90° coverage pattern.
Simple interface
The QSC CP8 offers a simplified, one-touch contour dial on the rear panel. This lets you easily select an EQ sound profile to match a wide range of applications. The CP8’s preset contours include Default, Dance, Floor Monitor and Speech—each with its own voicing. In addition, there are high-pass settings for using the CP8 with a subwoofer.
Innovative technology
Advanced DSP with Intrinsic Correction ensures great audio by removing the natural audio variables generated by the CP8’s components. It also protects the drivers from damage and avoids sound distortion. This means you’ll enjoy accurate, musical sound from the CP8.
