    UTP Patch Panel

     

    This UTP patch panel is designed with a black SPCC panel (1.6 mm thickness) and features white silk printing for easy identification. It includes RJ45 jacks with a housing made of PC, a contact bracket of PBT+Glass Fiber (UL94V-0), and phosphor bronze contacts with 50 micro-inch gold plating on the plug contact area. The IDC housing is also PC, while the terminal is made of phosphor bronze with tin plating. The panel is equipped with a support bar of SPCC, ensuring durability and ease of use. It supports both T568A and T568B wiring schemes and is compatible with 110 & Krone punch-down tools for terminating 22-24 AWG stranded and solid wires. The panel offers a maximum insertion force of 20N and a retention strength of 7.7 kg between jack and plug, with a lifespan of 750 mating cycles. Operating temperatures range from -10°C to 60°C, and it meets the ANSI/TIA/EIA 568C.2-1 standard for Cat6A transmission performance. The eight-port modules include ID stripes for easy port identification, and the universal color-coded labels are designed for T568A and T568B wiring schemes. Additionally, an optional cable management bar (simple or "R-slot" type) enhances cable organization and management.
