The JBL CSS-1S/T is a 1 Pcs of compact passive loudspeakers voiced to deliver enhanced speech intelligibility and foreground/background sound reinforcement for indoor environments such as retail shops, cafés, and classrooms.
Capable of up to 60W long-term power handling, the CSS-1S/T incorporates a 5.25" woofer and a 0.75" dome tweeter to produce a maximum SPL of 106 dB and a frequency range of 85 Hz to 18 kHz (-10 dB). The speaker configuration yields a 120 by 120° dispersion pattern for consistent coverage.
The lightweight and sturdy polypropylene enclosure can be placed on a shelf or mounted to a wall with the supplied ball-type bracket. An integrated 10W multi-tap transformer—configurable via a rear-panel tap selector—allows operation in 70/100V systems or 8-ohm low-impedance setups.
