To practise Rhythmic Gymnastics, gymnasts need a ribbon that is the right length for their age.- Gymnasts under age 11 should choose a 4-metre ribbon.- Gymnasts aged 11 and up should choose a 6-metre ribbon.You can also cut the ribbon to 5 metres and sew the edge.We have a variety of sizes to suit all ages.

How to maintain your ribbon

To maintain your equipment in the best condition possible, we recommend removing the stick from the ribbon after each use and rolling up the ribbon.
